GB Ghabbour Auto Group celebrated the launch of its flagship HAVAL 2022 SUV; introducing two models Haval H6 and Jolion.
This launch comes within the framework of the company’s strategy based on strengthening the automotive sector and enriching it with many world-leading brands. All the brands that the company offers comprise all means of comfort and safety, and reinforced by distinct and innovative technological capabilities.
The launch ceremony was attended by a group of the company’s executives, together with a myriad of agents, distributors, media professionals, and Egyptian industrialists headed by Eng. Karim Gaddas, GCOO of GB Ghabbour Auto, Mr. Saad Habib, Head of Automotive Sales Sectors, Mr. Farid Fadel, Vice President of Passenger Car Sales at GB Ghabbour Auto Group, as well as Mr. Kevin Liu, General Manager of North Africa region of Great Wall Motors. Also, the event was presented by the supermodel Engi Kiwan.
The company conducted a test drive for the new Haval cars in light of the celebration. During this test drive, GB Auto showcased the new and the aforementioned Haval models; Haval H6 and Jolion. Meaning, the company reviewed the models’ new futuristic and dynamic design that distinguishes it from all other SUVs, in addition to their robust performance and innovative technologies that offer comfort and driving pleasure on the road. Generally, it is also believed that Haval vehicles feature the highest safety and security specifications, at competitive prices, to represent a strong addition to the SUV market.
In this context, Eng. Karim Gaddas praised his company’s partnership with Great Wall Motors, as well as the expansion in the Egyptian market that took place by unprecedentedly launching the new Haval cars in Egypt. Then, he pointed out that GB Ghabbour expects great and imminent success for all the Haval cars, as they will certainly win the admiration of almost all the SUV lovers, due to its specifications that exceed the consumers’ expectations. He also confirmed that the new models were able to achieve remarkable sales that reached 7 million units in the global markets and during a short period.

The Haval H6: It comes in 4 categories namely; Standard, Deluxe, Deluxe SR, and High Deluxe, and it is characterized by its spacious and comfortable interior. It also relies on a wheelbase of 2,738 mm in length, and the total length of the car is 4,653 mm, while its total width is 1,886 mm, and its overall height is 1,730 mm. Moreover, the car is based on McPherson front suspension, Multilink Independent rear suspension, and EPS (Electronic Power Steering). Haval H6 also comes with a powerful 1.5T “liter” engine, which generates 152 horsepower at 5,600-6000 rpm, and 230 Nm of maximum torque at 1,400-3,000 rpm, connected to a 7-speed wet DCT transmission to provide the car with a strong performance, along with the highest levels of protection and safety. The car also offers many modern technological capabilities such as; the smart parking, the self-parking, the intelligent cruise control, the lane change assistance, the rear collision warning, and the driver alert systems.
The Jolion: It comes in 4 categories namely; Standard, Deluxe, Deluxe SR, and High Deluxe, and it is characterized by its competitive prices, superior performance, and smart technology. The car provides many modern technological capabilities such as; the self-parking system, cruise control, intelligent lane change assistance, and the rear collision warning which are deemed as a qualitative leap in the car market. The Jolion also has a powerful 1.5 “liter” T5 engine, which generates 148 horsepower at 5600-6000 rpm. It also has 17 or 18 inch sport wheels, depending on the category, with a wheelbase of 2,700 mm, a total length of 4,472 mm, a total width of 1,841 mm, a total height of 1,619 mm, and a luggage capacity of 337-1,113 liters. The car also includes the same safety and entertainment systems that are provided in the Haval H6.
